WOW Longevity Hotel Suites in Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort

1. Acknowledgment of presentation and information

I, the undersigned (the “Interested Party”), hereby explicitly declare and confirm that:

1.1 I have received and carefully read the project brochure (“WOW Longevity Hotel Suites”).

1.2 I understand that the project involves the acquisition of real estate under the Spanish Horizontal Property regime, subject to a mandatory commercial lease-back agreement with the resort operator.

2. Expression of interest

2.1 After due consideration of the information provided, I hereby express my firm interest in acquiring a unit within the aforementioned development. I request that the Developer include my name on the Priority Investors.

List to receive the first option to select and reserve a specific apartment once sales officially open.

3. Priority listing fee

3.1 To formalize this request and secure my position on the Priority Investors List, I agree to pay a fee of €1.000 (One Thousand Euros) (the “Listing Fee”). The Listing Fee is excluding 21% Spanish Value Added Tax.

3.2 I understand that an invoice for this amount will be sent to the email address provided below.

I explicitly acknowledge and accept that this Listing Fee serves as consideration for the administrative processing and priority ranking of my interest. Should the project not proceed for any commercial, technical, or licensing reason, this fee will be refunded to me. Should I later decide not to proceed with a purchase, this fee is non-refundable and will be retained by the Developer.
