With over two decades of experience in marketing, communication, and digital strategy, Julián Martínez Pérez currently leads the marketing efforts for The Art of Living in Spain, spearheading brand development for Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort — a high-end real estate project in Murcia. His background in both agency and in-house leadership enables him to design and execute strategic marketing plans tailored for international property buyers, delivering results through SEO, SEM, CRM, and brand positioning.
Julián’s expertise includes luxury real estate marketing, lead generation via HubSpot, multilingual campaign management, and website UX/UI development for real estate platforms. He’s driven growth by aligning digital visibility with the unique lifestyle values of Altaona, including wellness, golf, and sustainability. His role includes not only coordinating editorial strategy and digital design, but also generating high-quality leads through a full-funnel marketing approach.
Prior to this, Julián served as Marketing Manager for Arrital España, managing brand and communications for high-end kitchens across over 60 retail partners, and spent over 10 years advising diverse clients on digital transformation, branding, and performance marketing, in his own marketing and communication agency.
Julián holds a Master’s in Corporate Communication from Universidad San Pablo-CEU, complemented by advanced marketing studies at City University London. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he brings a global perspective to luxury real estate marketing in Spain. Has received the award for the best marketing strategy in Real Estate in Spain, awarded by the International Property Awards 2025-2026.
