Roof
- The properties have an Energy Certificate A+ rating.
- The non-trafficable flat roofs are waterproofed with two layers of asphalt fabric of 4 kg each, and composed of polyester fibre.
- They are divided into two areas, one of which can be used for solar panels and the other for low-maintenance green areas. It includes a layer of non expansive soil and autochthonous vegetation.
Foundations & Structure
- The foundations are made by improving the ground with excavation and filling with selected earth, under the supervision of geologists.
- It consists of a reinforced concrete slab, in accordance with the specific regulations of the Technical Council. It also complies with the applicable Technological Standards, seismic resistance and protection against radon gas.
- The structural system is a solid three-dimensional combination of concrete with thermal and acoustic insulation, which provides class A energy efficiency. It is resistant to fire, water, hurricanes, earthquakes, environmentally friendly and quick to install.
- The interior walls are made of gypsum boards and rock wool insulation.
- The floors are insulated with XPS.
Facades & exterior Carpentry
- The external walls are part of the structure, with thermal and acoustic insulation on which mortar is projected with a flexible single-layer coating finish (light beige colour). Some walls will be finished with decorative stone masonry.
- The pergola is designed with the same acrylic finish as the house. A high quality, retractable awning is installed inside the pergola.
- Doors and windows in dark grey PVC with thermal break. Sliding windows and doors with double glazing and air chamber. Hebe Schiebe’ type sliding doors in the living room.
Heating & Air Conditioning
- Integrated air conditioning with heat pump throughout the house, except bathrooms, corridor and laundry room.
- Electric underfloor heating in living room and bathrooms (except toilets), with independent thermostat per zone.
- Air renewal system in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and toilet.
Walls, Ceiling & Flooring
- Interior walls in colour 9010, white ceilings. Semi-matt smooth plastic paint.

- Main bathroom: same, but with double washbasin and composite stone worktop.
- Toilet: similar to the rest of the bathrooms.
- Water shut-off valve in each bathroom and in the toilet.
