One of the resort’s unique treasures is a Parador from the year 1620, which we are restoring to its original grandeur. This historic building will be transformed into a luxury restaurant with a spacious terrace, serving as the heart of the resort and a welcoming meet-and-greet area for residents and guests alike. The Parador’s ambiance will blend historical charm with modern luxury, providing a central space for socializing, dining, and relaxation.

Adjacent to the Parador is a church dedicated to the Virgen of the Nieve, constructed in 1640 to honor a rare snowfall in the region. This miraculous event inspired the church’s dedication to the Virgin of the Snow, creating a landmark that connects visitors with the rich cultural heritage of the area.

Modern Entrance: Our primary entrance, designed with modern luxury, showcases the residential and senior living areas. The architecture combines contemporary elegance with subtle references to the estate’s Catholic heritage, presenting a warm and luxurious welcome.

Traditional Entrance: The secondary entrance represents the Arabic history of the area, leading to the Wow Experience center and the touristic apartments. This entrance pays tribute to the legacy of the Sultan of Cordoba, who stationed his army here in the 800s due to the natural thermal baths. This Arabic influence is also honored in the nearby town, known as Baños, reflecting its historical association with natural springs and baths.

Our residential housing is built using the Sismo building system, ensuring that every home is of the highest quality and carries an A energy certification. Homes are spaciously designed and can be built on plots ranging from 400 to 2,500 m², with options for one or two floors. Designed to meet your personal preferences, these luxurious homes include private pools and lush gardens, with prices ranging from €360,000 to €2 million.

Designed for active vacations, the Wow Experience spans 220,000m² at Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort and features a wide array of wellness, longevity, and sports facilities. At the heart of this area is our Wave Garden, covering 24,000m² with a 170-meter surf stretch, perfect for surf enthusiasts of all skill levels. Surrounding the Wave Garden, we are building a beach-inspired area that brings the ambiance of seaside living to the resort, complete with restaurants, beach bars, and spaces for activities.

With PHMP, we create a personalized health plan based on your DNA, genetics, and current lifestyle. This program is designed to support you not only during your stay but also to provide you with the tools and knowledge needed for long-term wellness and longevity.

During your stay, you will receive a detailed, personalized program with step-bystep guidance on how to begin and maintain your path to enhanced well-being.

Founder Membership (10 Years): For a one-time fee of €25,000 per person, or €29,000 for two people, members receive one free week of resort access each year, including all facilities, plus a €2,000 cashback per visit. This membership can be upgraded with our PHMP program, offering personalized health evaluations and lifestyle advice.

Country Club Membership: For €7,000 per year, members enjoy unlimited access to resort facilities, including the surf lagoon and golf courses, as well as regular health checks through our PHMP program.

For those choosing the PHMP, the app provides year-round guidance tailored to each individual. Based on personal goals for diet, exercise, relaxation, and wellness, the app offers custom advice, guidance, and instructional videos.
